Custom T-Shirts

A t-shirt is the piece of merch people actually keep and wear, so it is worth getting right. We print on quality blanks from the same brands the uniform trade uses, which means the shirt still looks good after a season of washing rather than fading out after a fortnight.

Every order is set up and printed by our own team in Maroochydore. You deal with the people doing the work, so if something needs checking before it goes to press, it gets checked.

The best value once you are past about 20 shirts, and the most durable finish. Ideal for bold logos and a small number of colours.

Better for full colour artwork, photographs and gradients, and for smaller runs where screen setup does not stack up.

A premium finish for polos and heavier garments. Best on left chest logos rather than large designs.

Send us your logo and roughly how many you need. We will come back with the garment options that suit the job and a price per unit, so you can compare properly.

Pick your garment, tell us roughly how many and where the logo goes, and send whatever artwork you have. A vector file is ideal, but a decent PNG or even a photo of an old shirt is enough for us to work from. We come back with a price per unit and a mock up before anything goes to press.

Nothing gets printed until you have seen and approved that mock up. If your artwork needs redrawing to print properly, we will tell you up front rather than quietly printing something that looks soft on the shirt.

Minimum order is 10. The price per shirt drops as the quantity climbs, and the biggest single jump is usually between 10 and 50 because the setup cost spreads across more garments. If you are close to a price break we will point it out rather than let you miss it by two shirts.

Yes. A run of 50 can be any mix of XS through 5XL at the same price, as long as it is the same garment and the same print.

Usually yes, though a light and dark mix sometimes needs a small artwork change so the logo reads on both. We will flag it when we quote.

We keep your artwork and setup on file, so a reorder is quicker and cheaper than the first run. Tell us if a reorder is likely and we will set the job up with that in mind.
