    We love getting your merch to you fast! Most apparel orders take up to 2 weeks from artwork approval, but for the most accurate ETA, just ask when you place your order – we’ll give you the full scoop.

    Our Promo range loves a little extra TLC! Items usually take 1–3 weeks from artwork approval since many are sourced on demand rather than kept in our warehouse. Don’t worry – where possible, lead times are listed right on the product page, so you know what to expect.

    We ship with Australia Post, StarTrack, or TNT, and you’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order hits the road.

    A couple of things to keep in mind:

    • We do our best to dispatch quickly, but once it’s with the courier, delivery timing is out of our hands. Don’t worry – we’ll help track it down if needed!
