    Polo or button up?

A polo is comfortable, easy to wear all day and reads as a working uniform. A button up shirt reads more formal and suits sales, professional services and anyone across a desk from a client. Plenty of teams run both and let the role decide which goes on.

How does fabric change the way a polo ages?

Cotton pique looks smart and feels substantial but holds sweat. Polyester and cool dry fabrics wick moisture and keep their shape through constant washing, which is why most trade teams end up there. Mid and dark colours hide marks and stay presentable far longer between washes.

How big should a chest logo be?

Around 8 to 10cm wide suits most logos. Larger starts to look like promo merchandise rather than uniform, smaller loses fine detail once stitched.

    Can we add staff names?

Yes, usually embroidered opposite the logo. Each name is its own setup so it costs a little more per garment, but on a customer facing team it is generally worth it.
