Can you handle bulk orders?
Absolutely! Just get in touch and we’ll put together a quote for you.
Is my logo suitable for printing?
Please supply logos and artwork in vector format (EPS, AI, or PDF with outlines created). Don’t have it in the right format? No stress—we can redraw your artwork for a fee.
Can you alter my logo?
Yep – if it’s a simple tweak, we’ve got you! For more complicated changes, we’ll apply a fee.
How do I know how many colours are in my artwork?
Just send it over to hello@hellomerch.com.au, and we’ll help you figure it out!
Do you offer Discounts?
We keep our pricing as sharp as possible, but if you’re looking at a big order, let’s talk — we might be able to work out a deal that makes sense for both of us.
What time does it all take?
Depends on what you’re ordering:
- A proof will be emailed to you within 3 business days from quote acceptance
- Apparel: Usually around 2 weeks from artwork approval
- Promo items: Around 4–6 weeks (since many are ordered in specially).
Need it sooner? Let us know when you order and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
