Which fabric works best in heat?
Heavy cotton is comfortable but holds sweat. Performance and cotton backed polyester wick moisture and dry through the day, which most crews prefer once they have tried both. Lighter colours run cooler in direct sun.
Are singlets allowed on site?
Usually not. Most sites require sleeves for sun and abrasion protection, so check before ordering them as work gear.
Hi vis tees?
Yes, and they are the most common summer site garment. Long sleeve hi vis tees are preferred on many sites for sun safety.
