Why brand your hi vis properly?

Hi vis is usually the first thing a client sees on your team, so it is worth having your logo on it properly rather than a sticker or a stick on patch. We print and embroider hi vis in house, which means we can match your logo colours across shirts, vests and jackets in the same run.

Where can a logo sit on hi vis?

Reflective tape and fluoro panels limit where a logo can sit without affecting the garment. Left chest and upper back are the safest positions on most styles. Send us your logo and we will mark up where it can go before anything is printed.

How do you kit out a whole crew in hi vis?

Most teams order a mix, hi vis tees for summer, long sleeve for sun cover and a jacket for winter. Ordering them together keeps the branding consistent and the per unit price down.

    Day wear or day night?

Day only hi vis is fluoro with no reflective tape, and it is fine for daylight work. Day night carries reflective tape and is what most sites require for anything at dawn, dusk or after dark. If your crew works across both, day night is the safer single purchase.

Check your own site requirements before ordering. Requirements differ between sites and principal contractors, and it is far cheaper to confirm first than to re-kit a crew.

Can you print over reflective tape?

A logo cannot be placed over reflective tape without affecting how that tape performs. On most styles that leaves left chest, upper back above the tape line, and sometimes the sleeve. We mark up the safe positions on your specific garment before printing rather than assuming.

Will a print reduce the compliance rating?

It can, depending on size and position, because the rating depends on how much fluoro area stays visible. Keeping logos to the standard positions and a sensible size is how you avoid the problem. Tell us the standard you need to meet and we will work within it.

Embroidery or print on hi vis?

Print for large marks and for lightweight vented shirts. Embroidery for a crisp left chest on polos and jackets. Embroidery on very lightweight fluoro fabric can pucker, so we tend to steer away from it there.

Can I get matching non hi vis for the office team?

Yes, and it is a common request. Same logo, same colours, ordinary polos and shirts for anyone not on site.
