Ordering unisex only is the most common reason half a team quietly stops wearing the uniform.
Which neckline or collar should you pick?
Polos come with and without a collar button placket, and the collarless styles read softer. For business shirts, consider whether it will be worn tucked or untucked, since the cut differs.
Does the logo position change?
Yes. A chest logo placed by men's coordinates sits wrong on a women's garment, so we adjust it as part of setup rather than copying it across.
