Artwork Guidelines
The file you send us decides how sharp your print or embroidery comes out. Here's what works, what doesn't, and what to do if you're not sure what you've got.
Common Questions
I only have a logo from my website or a screenshot. Can you use it?
Send it anyway. We'll tell you what's possible. Usually we'll need to redraw it as a vector before screen printing or DTF, which may carry a small artwork fee. We always quote it before doing any work.
How do I find my vector file?
Ask whoever designed your logo for the "original" or "working" files, often supplied as .ai, .eps or .pdf. Check old emails from your designer or your brand pack folder.
What resolution should a PNG or JPG be?
300 DPI at the size it will be printed. A logo that looks fine on your phone is often far too small for a full back print.
Do you check my artwork before production?
Yes. Every order gets an artwork check and a digital proof. Nothing is printed or stitched until you approve it.
Does small text work in embroidery?
Very fine text and thin lines don't stitch cleanly. If your logo has small lettering, we'll flag it and suggest adjustments before stitching.
Should my artwork be RGB or CMYK?
For the best print results, supply your artwork in CMYK, as RGB is designed for screens and colours may shift when converted for printing.
