Why do people keep reordering AS Colour Staple?

If you asked us to name a single garment that works for the widest range of jobs, this would be it. The cut is regular rather than fitted or boxy, the fabric sits in the middle of the weight range, and the colour card is deep. That combination means one style covers a staff uniform, a merch drop and an event giveaway without anyone feeling short changed.

What does regular fit actually mean?

Regular fit means straight through the body with a normal sleeve length. It is not tight and it is not oversized. For a mixed group of people where you are ordering to a size chart rather than fitting individuals, that neutrality is exactly what you want, because nobody ends up with something that reads as the wrong shape on them.

How well does Staple take a print?

The surface is smooth enough for fine line work and solid enough that a heavy ink lay does not distort the fabric. Screen printing is the natural pairing at volume. For a design with photographic detail or a long colour list, DTG or DTF will get you closer to the artwork without the setup a multi colour screen job needs.

Is Staple the same as Classic?

No, and it is worth knowing the difference before you order. Staple is a regular fit. Classic is cut wider through the body and shorter in the length for a boxier look. Same brand, different silhouette.

    Does it shrink?

Cotton moves a little on the first wash, which is normal. Washing cool and drying flat keeps it closer to the size you ordered and is better for the print as well.

Can we mix sizes across one order?

Yes. Minimums apply to the order as a whole rather than to each size, so you can spread a run across a full size range.
